As a native Texan and a die hard downtown Austin dweller, Felice really believes there is no better place to live, work and play than Austin , TX. This, along with her genetic disposition to real estate has made working with RE/MAX Downtown Austin a natural choice.

Felice is happy to be back in Texas after spending several years living and working in Asia, where she definitively learned that there is indeed no place like Austin. When she's not tromping around our fair city scoping out cool new places, you can find her catching live music shows downtown or testing out the area swimming holes.

With a degree in Art History and an MBA from TCU, Felice also has an appreciation for the unique style and culture that Austin has incorporated into its neighborhood planning and development. Helping people find their dream homes in the Live Music Capital of the World is her passion.
